Shipping & Fulfilling Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 24-48h business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order is ready and fulfilled. 

Suppose there’s a delay due to a high volume of orders or other issues not within our control. In that case, we will promptly notify you of the revised fulfilling timeline.

Shipping Rates

There are no shipping charges for all digital downloads, design templates, or pre-designed branding kits.

 Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or returns in all digital downloads, design templates, or pre-designed branding kits. All sales are final.
